She has over 32 years of rich experience in diverse segments ranging from
Manufacturing to Technology to Banking Domains.

Organization through continual Improvement & Transformation where
employees build their careers and provide exemplary Customer Service.
Pankajam has spear headed implementation of RPA in the Banking sector
from 2015. RPA has been extensively used in Commercial, Institutional,
Retail, Finance and Accountancy etc.
She has spear headed the evangelization of RPA in Business Process by
conducting Master Classes and Floor Walks to help other Organization
learn and adapt it quickly.
She was also instrumental in implementing Machine Learning into critical
processes like Sanctions Screening, Payments etc. after Human Centered
Design of processes. This has yielded productivity of 20-30% on output and
Improved Customer Service.
Pankajam is passionate about diversity at work place and keen to get
women, persons with disability and LGBTI persons in the workplace.
A winner of many awards herself, Pankajam has been conferred with
prestigious honours such as BPM Achiever in Global India award for
delivering business impact through technology transformation, Women
Super Achiever Award by the World HRD Congress for outstanding
leadership, NCPEDP Helen Keller Award for making a difference to
communities and she has recently won the Woman CEO of the Year from
GISR foundation in 2020 and Iconic Leaders Creating a Better World for
All award at Women Economic Forum (WEF) Bangalore.
