Many industries have now become “data rich” and are ready to transition to become “AI first”. While the process of building and deploying models at industry scale is maturing, the journey of AI adoption from research to project to PoC to product to platform to solution is still a work in progress. In this talk, we will share insights into (a) a systematic template for industrial adoption of AI and (b) the eight layers of a typical AI stack that all verticals and industries can adopt.
