Sruthi heads Cisco LaunchPad, a corporate techno business accelerator where she orchestrates meaningful outcomes for startups in their scale up journey. She works with deep tech startup founders on fine tuning their business strategies, co-creating end-to-end digital solutions and opening up joint go-to-market opportunities as well as instrumenting follow on funding. Prior to Cisco LaunchPad, she spearheaded Customer Success for Tier-1 Telecom Providers at Starent Networks, a startup that got acquired by Cisco. In addition to degrees in Engineering and Psychology, Sruthi went on to explore the academic realms of Digital Transformation and Entrepreneurial Leadership from UC Berkeley and Stanford University respectively
